The position will require a hands-on approach to data analysis, process mapping, and requirements definition, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood and translated into actionable outcomes.You will be working in a highly collaborative environment, managing multiple workstreams, and supporting activities related to data matching, merging, and validation to ensure system integrity and accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed business and data analysis to support financial systems and related projects.Work closely with business and technical teams to elicit, document, and validate requirements.Support initiatives involving data matching, merging, and reconciliation.Analyse and map existing business processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation or automation.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives.Contribute to testing, implementation, and post-deployment review processes.Candidate ProfileProven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within financial systems or services.Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reconciliation, and process mapping.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
