Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Conversational Business Analyst to analyze client services, capture detailed requirements, and translate them into conversational flows and technical use cases for AI delivery teams. This role bridges the gap between business needs and AI implementation.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with clients to understand business processes, services, and customer journeys.Gather, analyze, and document requirements for conversational AI solutions.Translate requirements into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.Design high-level conversational flows for Chatbot and Callbot use cases.Identify required integrations (APIs, Webhooks, Data Sources) and document them clearly.Collaborate with AI Delivery Engineers to ensure accurate implementation.Support UAT, validation, and refinement of conversational experiences.Ensure all solutions align with client expectations and platform capabilities.Required Qualifications:Saudi National.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience in AI development, integrations, or conversational solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in Conversational AI (preferred).Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
