Business Analyst

About the RoleWe are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will gather, document, and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, product teams, and technical delivery teams to support data-driven decisions and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and data models for development teams.Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions.Support development and QA teams during design, testing, and implementation phases.Develop and maintain documentation including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and UAT test cases.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure clear communication between business units and technical teams.Monitor key project metrics and provide progress reports to management.Support process improvement initiatives through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.6 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in [industry—banking, healthcare, insurance, etc.]).Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, Power BI, or Tableau.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience writing clear and concise business requirements and user stories.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
