Business AnalystStart Date: Late March 2026Duration: 12 monthsExtension: PossibleConversion: PossibleSchedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)Location: Hybrid – Toronto, ON (1 day onsite per week)Role OverviewSeeking an experienced Business Analyst to provide analytical support for digital and direct marketing initiatives. The role focuses on supporting onboarding, cross-sell, and engagement campaigns through data analysis, campaign performance evaluation, and strategic insights that support business growth and marketing effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide analytical support for onboarding, cross-selling, and engagement campaignsDeliver campaign performance analysis at portfolio and acquisition channel levelsConduct deep-dive analytics to identify insights and opportunities for business growthAnalyze campaign impact on client behavior and marketing effectivenessSupport A/B testing and test vs. control methodologies for campaign performance measurementDevelop reporting and presentations for senior leadership and business stakeholdersProvide consultative analytical support to marketing and business teamsWork with stakeholders to support ad-hoc analytical requestsTranslate complex analytical findings into clear business insights and recommendationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile POD environmentRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst3+ years of experience in a consultative role focused on data analysisExperience within the credit card or banking industryStrong experience working with large and complex data sets from multiple sourcesStrong knowledge of data modeling and statistical analysis techniquesExperience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technical teamsExperience working in Agile delivery environmentsStrong SQL and/or SAS experience, including macro developmentNice to HaveExperience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe AnalyticsSoft SkillsStrong communication and storytelling abilitiesExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsStrong presentation and reporting capabilitiesStrong time management and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to explain complex analytical insights to non-technical audiencesEducationUniversity degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related quantitative disciplineNote: We use AI tools to obtain basic information, detect plagiarism, false employment history or references, categorize skills, and perform an initial match against the job posting.
