Business Analyst Lead - Transaction Banking Payments (SWIFT)

-Work for a Regional Bank where you can use your Transaction Banking Payments/SWIFT knowledge to be involved from inception of Product Development. Deliver and also work with stakeholders in the business and Technology area.-Critical Techno-Functional role to fill a strategic gap in their SWIFT and Tech coverage within Transaction Banking. You will be instrumental in supporting the high-priority Payments Roadmap initiative that is transforming their global payments landscape Responsibilities Reporting to a Project Head, you will work on a large Payments Transformation in Transaction Banking. You will communicate expectations to relevant stakeholders. You will use your Transaction Banking knowledge to advise them too. Leverage your deep domain expertise in Payments, SWIFT, and backend technical understanding to deliver complex, multi-country solutions. Requirements At least 10+ years of highly specialized experience in Transaction Banking Payments (ideally from a local banking or core banking/payment application background). Strong SWIFT knowledge is essential for cross-border payment integration and compliance support.
