Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate retail shop-fitting projects & office projectsPrepare and manage project costing and budgetingAchieve and maintain standardization and corporate identity for all retail storesPrepare work instructions/orders and submit drawings to main contractors and architectsWork and communicate with interior designers in Singapore for designing and renovation of retail storesCoordinate shipment for international ordersPerform invoice and packing list for customers for shipmentPlan and forecast shipments on a weekly/monthly basisAttend site meetings prior to project implementation including coordinating on-site installation work, supervising on-site installation, etcLiaise and coordinate with related parties (e.g.: contractors, suppliers, business partners, etc) on shop fitting progressPerform quality checks and proper handover upon completion of projectsAchieve project completion deadlinesPerform administrative duties like ordering materials, planning delivery schedules for materials to be shipped to the respective country for renovation works, managing quotations, costing, filling, etcAll other ad-hoc matters assigned by the team/managementRequirementsDegree / Diploma in Building/ Interior Design/ Quantity Surveyor or equivalentFamiliar with Architectural DrawingsFamiliar with carpentry, electrical, renovation works, and fit-out worksProficient with Microsoft Office suite and EmailAdaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Retail Project General & M&E constructionGood negotiation, coordination, and project management skillsProactive and meticulousPrevious Project management & Quantity Surveyor experience in retail projects preferredStrong interest in project constructionFun, vibrant & outgoing personality with great personal styleKeen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
