Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager (Construction/Renovation) with a strong background in residential condos, semiconductor plant, data centre, commercial shopping projects. The ideal candidate will have at least one full-cycle project management experience in Singapore and a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality construction outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop master programs and site facility plans to meet contractual schedules.Plan project budgets, manpower, and quality assurance strategies aligned with contract requirements.Lead and coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure quality workmanship.Collaborate with HQ departments on budget control, safety systems, and ISO documentation.Define roles and responsibilities for site staff, ensuring alignment with project goals and company policies.Work with WSHO to implement frameworks for statutory compliance (Safety, ECM, Noise, Vector control).Monitor team performance and facilitate training and development programs.RequirementsMinimum 15 years of relevant experience in Singapore’s construction industry.Proven track record managing residential, industrial, and commercial projects.Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines (Construction Engineering, Technology & Materials).
