Business Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Summary:We are looking for a Business Analyst (Supervisor Level) with 2–3 years of experience to support our manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role focuses on analyzing operational data, improving processes, and driving digital transformation initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization. Key Responsibilities:Collect, analyze, and evaluate data from manufacturing, inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations. Work closely with production, planning, procurement, and logistics teams to understand challenges and propose solutions. Translate business requirements into system specifications and support ERP/Supply Chain Management system improvements. Monitor KPIs (e.g., production efficiency, lead times, inventory turnover) and provide actionable insights. Support implementation of digital tools, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead UAT, change requests, and system enhancement activities. Prepare reports and present findings to management for decision-making. Supervise junior analysts in data analysis and project documentation. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain domains. Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) implementation and usage.Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain processes. Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau). Experience in the automotive industry will be considered a strong advantage.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project coordination skills. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
