Execution of a local trial plan Planning and organizing screening trials in cooperation with Breeding and Sales, including selection of external screening locations and organization of seed samples.Responsible for sowing, young plant raising and planting of external trials.Monitoring of the trial and provide crop management support to external trials when necessary.Adherence to the relevant protocols of the 3rd parties in order to guarantee local quality and phytosanitary compliance of the trials.May be responsible for the planning and follow-up of assigned trials in different locations.Trial data collectionCollection of trial data according to predefined requirements on plant/fruit traits provided at the start of the trialling.Utilize electronic data capture software system approved by Enza Zaden.Coordination with farm and phytopathology teamFacilitate R&D operations between farm and phytopathology at Mae Taeng farm.Timely reports and reportingTimely reporting of trial results to stakeholders.EducationBachelor's degree in Agricultural Science.
