Business Analyst (Contract) – £644/day (Umbrella)📍 Location: Hybrid / Belfast⏰ Start Date: ASAP📅 Contract End Date: 31st MarchAbout the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA)on a contract basis, supporting transformation initiatives within a global financial services environment. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact change across operations, risk, and technology functions.What You’ll DoManage and track assigned projects, plans, and deliverables to required standards and sign-off.Proactively communicate project status, issues, risks, and resolutions to Sponsors and key stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology partners, acting as a subject matter expert.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear, strategic, and supported by strong business cases, KPIs, and benefits analyses.Implement best practices to drive consistency, standardisation, and simplification of processes and controls.Support the end-to-end program lifecycle, including testing and operational readiness planning.Drive change that reduces risk and improves delivery efficiency.Ensure adherence to Citi PM standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks.What We’re Looking ForProven experience delivering transformation programs within large, fast-paced financial services organisations.Strong program and project management skills with the ability to independently track and maintain milestones.Excellent analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills.Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence and related tools.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — both written and verbal.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Self-motivated and able to operate with minimal supervision.Confident leading and driving working groups with senior stakeholders.
