Mudah.my’s mission is to democratise commerce by empowering everyone, especially individuals and budding entrepreneurs, with a platform of equal opportunity.Job DescriptionWhat You’ll DoMarket & Business Insights: Analyse property market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to surface opportunities and risks.Performance Tracking: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor revenue, engagement, and other KPIs across the property vertical.Sales & Monetisation Support: Work closely with Sales and Partnerships to analyse customer segments, pricing models, campaign ROI, and agent/developer performance.Business Reviews: Support regular performance reviews with insights, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide analytical support to Marketing, Ops, and Partnerships teams to help them execute smarter, data-backed initiatives.Decision Support: Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights that guide business strategy and execution.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 3 years’ experience in business analysis, consulting, or strategy roles.Strong with numbers — proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with experience in SQL or BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI)Skilled at business storytelling — able to turn analysis into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.Solid understanding of KPIs and metrics that drive business growth and commercial success.Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.Experience or interest in the property industry or digital marketplaces is a bonus.Additional InformationBy proceeding with your application, you are adhering to our PDPA policies.
