Business Analyst

About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing data, optimizing processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions that align with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders.Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).Perform gap analysis, data modeling, and process mapping to identify improvement areas.Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives and process automation.Conduct impact analysis for new business processes and systems.Utilize data visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders.Track key performance metrics and recommend data-driven strategies.Facilitate workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT).Ensure compliance with business rules, security, and data governance standards.Required Skills:Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.Expertise in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and MS Excel.Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and visualization.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
