The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to gather requirements, translate them into detailed technical documentation, and support the delivery of solutions that meet business objectives.Responsibilities:Meet with business stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, and success criteria.Gather, document, and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.Translate business needs into technical documentation, including specifications, process flows, and use cases.Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.Participate in project planning sessions, sprint reviews, and status updates to ensure alignment.Assist in identifying gaps, dependencies, and potential risks during the requirements and delivery phases.Support testing and validation by ensuring requirements are traceable and testable.Requirements:Strong experience working as a Business Analyst in technical or IT project environments.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively between business and technical teams.Proficiency in creating clear and comprehensive technical documentation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs.At OpenArc, we prioritize your career success and strive to build exceptional technical teams for our clients.
