Job Description

Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA in the clinical trials or life sciences domainStrong understanding of clinical data and clinical workflowsExperience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum delivery modelsFamiliarity with data models, data structures, and relational data concepts (SQL knowledge is a plus)Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple workstreams and keep deliverables on trackProven ability to create clear, structured documentation (e.g., data dictionaries, mappings, process flows)
