Business Analyst ServiceNow –Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology? As an experienced Business Analyst ServiceNow Senior Consultant you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions: Review Enhancement Requests: Evaluate enhancement requests, assess their feasibility and alignment with business goals. Facilitate Demand/Process Review Board Meetings: Facilitate discussions in these meetings, presenting written and verbal business systems impact analysis, ensuring that enhancement requests are thoroughly understood, and ready for prioritization. Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate with process owners, requesters, and stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements for ServiceNow products, including ITAM, ITSM, ITOM, and other solutions as needed. Process Mapping: Document current and future-state business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Data Analysis: Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and drive process enhancements. Use Case Development: Create use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure that product features align with business requirements. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and participate in UAT efforts, ensuring that developed solutions meet business needs and quality standards. Change Management: Assist in managing the impact of changes on business processes, systems, and organizational structure. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and product management, ensuring clear and effective communication, keeping stakeholders and requesters informed about the status and progress of their respective requests Reporting: Generate reports and dashboards to convey key performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of requirements, processes, and changes. Qualifications Required 6 -10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience. Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry. Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams. Identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions. Advanced English level. Preferred Business Analysis Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related fields, with a proven track record of gathering and documenting business requirements. ServiceNow Knowledge: Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform Requirements Elicitation: Proficiency in using a variety of techniques to gather and document business requirements, including interviews, surveys, workshops, and use cases. Process Mapping: Experience in documenting and improving business processes using tools like flowcharts or BPMN. Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to derive meaningful insights. System Integration understanding: Knowledge of system integrations and the ability to assess their impact on business processes and requirements. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. UAT and Testing: Experience in user acceptance testing and quality assurance processes. Additional Skills preferred: Certifications: Business analysis certifications such as Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Agile-related certifications. ServiceNow HAM Pro & SAM Pro Experience: In-depth experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro & SAM Pro implementations. Agile Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and how business analysis fits within Agile frameworks. Automation and Process Optimization: Understanding of automation and process improvement concepts. Change Management Expertise: Experience in change management practices and principles. Advanced Data Analytics: Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools or techniques. Documentation Management: Experience with tools for requirements and process documentation.
