This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment between airport operations and integrated technology solutions. The analyst will work closely with IT, engineering, operations, and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration of systems across the airport.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with airport stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements.Analyze current processes and systems to identify integration opportunities and gaps.Facilitate workshops and meetings with airport authorities, airlines, ground handlers, and technology vendors.Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams.Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.Support the development of test plans and user acceptance criteria.Assist in mapping data flows and interfaces between systems (e.g., AODB, BHS, FIDS, CUTE/CUPPS, security systems).Monitor integration milestones and support issue resolution during implementation.Support change impact analysis and contribute to training and communication plans.Ensure business readiness and adoption of new systems and processes.Ensure solutions comply with aviation industry standards (e.g., IATA, ICAO) and cybersecurity requirements. EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in aviation, transportation, or large infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of airport operations and systems (e.g., AODB, RMS, BHS, FIDS).Experience with systems integration projects and working in multi-vendor environments.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in tools such as MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and Excel.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSExperience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.Familiarity with enterprise architecture and data integration platforms.Knowledge of airport digital transformation trends (e.g., biometrics, self-service, IoT).WHAT WE OFFER We're all about diversity.
