You’ll work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver solutions and process improvements that create real value for our customers—bridging the gap between business and technology as part of a collaborative, problem-solving team.In This Role You Will Partner with Product Owners and the Media Capability team to understand business goals, product vision, and strategic priorities. Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to gather and validate business needs. Define and prioritise requirements into clear, actionable epics, features, and user stories, including acceptance criteria. Review vendor deliverables for quality and compliance, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate as required. Support vendor onboarding with documentation, access, and context to enable successful delivery. Identify and recommend improvements to business processes, workflows, and system efficiencies. Maintain comprehensive documentation including business cases, process flows, and training materials. Challenge ideas constructively to ensure alignment with product objectives and value delivery NGĀ PŪKENGA ME NGĀ WHEAKO I WHAT YOU WILL BRING  Essential Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on involvement across the full software development lifecycle. Strong technology acumen with experience across billing systems, telecommunications, networks, server platforms, and virtualised environments. Proven ability to facilitate workshops, map processes, and use analysis tools such as BPMN. Experience delivering products and projects using both predictive (plan-driven) and adaptive (Agile/Scrum) methodologies. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements clearly. A collaborative approach, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Nice To Have Familiarity with broadcast and media technology environments (e.g., content management systems, OTT streaming, digital ad insertion). Exposure to tools such as IBMS, Viz (MAM systems), Power BI, SQL, Jira, and Confluence.
