Job Description: Business Analyst (solution design and documenting business processes).Scope of Work/ResponsibilitiesSpecifically, the business analyst will:perform deep dive learning of existing processes, captured requirements, design specifications and applications in relation to Client’s disbursementsengage in requirements elaboration, solution design and review, quality assurance and issue resolution.develop additional necessary requirements for the project including wireframe and prototyping for UX|UI, data specifications, business rules, workflow, integration as well as definition of role-based access.assist in the preparation and review of test cases, test scenarios and test scripts against defined requirements.conduct product demo and usability testing amongst Product Owners and relevant stakeholders.collaboratively work with testing team and assist users with User Acceptance Testing.participate in monitoring, managing and addressing bug fixes/issues and their resolution.The BA will work with IDSM project team including stakeholders from business, and technical subject matter experts, including integration when needed, within the ecosystem of Client.Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)Client requires the BA to have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of strong business analysis experience, involving end-to-end IT solution implementation and integration with other systemsExperience in banking, accounting, or the financial services sector is an advantage3 years of exposure to solution design and documenting business processesExperience in IT application testing and quality assuranceUnderstanding of Client’s business process (an advantage)Knowledge of project and systems development lifecyclesExperience with Agile and Waterfall solution deliverySkilled with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Power BIStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent written and spoken English
