Job DescriptionManage end-to-end management of new cards and payments features for the bank (such as Bills payments, InstaPay, etc) which involves managing key stakeholders across the bank in ensuring product launchManage day-to-day performance of the product (including ownership of KPIs and working with the marketing team)Manage end-to-end implementation of cards and payments products for the financial institution, which includes assessment of ACH/scheme, vendor selection (if needed), launch and eventual implementation and management of the product.Work with local and regional teams on aligning product specificationsPerform periodic reviews and collaboration with Sea Group entitiesMarket and promote the adoption of product after launchJob RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in business development within the payments, FinTech, or financial services industry in the PhilippinesBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or any related fieldIn-depth knowledge of the Philippine payments ecosystem, including regulatory frameworks (BSP regulations), payment methods (e.g., InstaPay, PESONet, QRPH), consumer behavior, and emerging trendsProficiency in written and verbal communication skill in English.Experience with end-to-end payment-related projects, working with cross-functional teams and partner managementIn-depth of knowledge and involvement in designing and executing solutionsOutstanding problem solving skills, to break down issues, develop hypotheses and actionable actions from data and analysis
