Ability to facilitate live training (in person or remote) in an engaging and effective way.Ability to learn technology quickly and translate that knowledge into training.Functional understanding and practical knowledge of the financial services industry and roles within investment management firms preferred. Relationship management skills to foster success when collaborating with individuals or departments regarding education and training needs and initiatives.Excellent written and oral communication skillsStrong facility with Microsoft Office and above applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Knowledge of various training and teaching methodologies.Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Degree or at least three years of experience in a relevant technical field.Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
