Business Analyst

Business Analyst required on a permanent basis by a leading Financial Services client based in Swindon (2-3 days/ week on site).The organisation is embarking on an ambitious growth journey, with major change initiatives already underway. Working across the full project lifecycle, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, shape solutions, and drive change forward.You’ll support digital transformation initiatives by applying Agile methodologies, including both Scrum and Kanban, to manage evolving requirements and enable continuous delivery.To be considered, you must have:Proven experience as a Business Analyst Financial Services exposureStrong skills in translating business requirements into functional and technical specificationsSolid experience with data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Tableau)Business process analysis and reengineering skillsGood understanding of structured analysis and project management methodologiesHands-on experience supporting Agile delivery (Scrum & Kanban) in digital transformation projectsAbility to interpret and analyse complex datasets to derive actionable insightsExcellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skillsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing organisation with bold ambitions.
