Impact the future of healthcare techFully remote role, work anywhere in Australia$130-150K plus SuperOur client is a leading provider of patient administration software for private hospitals and practices. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Analyst, who has specifically worked with hospitals and understands the associate data and systems.This role will work across 4 key areas including product analysis, testing, integrations and technical support.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with the Product Manager to gather, clarify and document requirements for new features and enhancements across their patient administration system and practice management productsRun workshops / interviews with internal stakeholders and clients to understand workflows and edge casesTranslate business needs into clear, testable user stories, acceptance criteria and process flowsReview and test work delivered by developers before it’s released to clientsCreate and execute test cases and test scripts based on requirements and acceptance criteriaAct as the primary liaison for third-party vendors and clients integrating with their systemsHelp integration partners understand their APIs, webhooks, data structures and event flowsAnalyse integration requirements and map them to our API/webhook capabilities.Assist with troubleshooting integration issues using logs, SQL queries and API toolsSupport the help desk team with more complex/technical support ticketsTo be successful in the role, you will have:Experience in the Australia healthcare/hospital sector, essentialExperience with patient administration system (PAS)Hands-on experience with ECLIPSE claiming protocols in a hospital environmentStrong SQL skills for querying and validating dataExperience working with APIsA minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Business Analyst roleThe ability to work independently and thrive in a 100% remote work environmentStrong engagement and collaboration skillsBenefits and Culture:Salary range of $130K to $150K plus Superannuation100% remote WFH arrangement, allowing you to be based anywhere in AustraliaA fun, collaborative and engaging team dynamicWork-life balance supported by a task-oriented approach with no micromanagementHow to Apply:If you are a self-motivated Business Analyst with experience within healthcare technology, we encourage you to apply for this unique opportunity!
