The role: As a specialised member of our team, you will proactively and effectively contribute to the collection, processing, and interpretation of data analytics using contemporary practices. You will play a key role in strengthening our data infrastructure to drive operational efficiencies, while also leveraging automation and AI-powered solutions to streamline workflows, uncover deeper insights, and support smarter decision-making across the business.If you thrive on turning data into actionable insights, want to contribute to positive outcomes and be part of a supportive team that is committed to professional excellence and ongoing development, then come and join us at ACH Group.What you’ll do:Collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources to support business objectivesDevelop dashboards and reports that communicate insights clearly to stakeholdersIdentify trends and patterns to guide strategic decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutionsEnsure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and quality checksChampioning the adoption of a data driven cultureProvide self-service BI, to enable business end users to access data that is available and reliable from a single data model (source of the truth), ensuring that continuous improvement is taken account Utilise Data Mining methods and algorithms to identify patterns in dataTest predictive models, utilising machine learning tools to validate its accuracy, efficiency and relevanceAnalysing and comparing current data management and controls and processes with best practice.Essential Criteria:Formal tertiary qualification in computer science or in a relevant fieldProven business analyst experience within a medium to large scale organisation with multiple complex platforms within a fast-paced environmentProven experience with integration of data from multiple data sourcesDemonstrated working knowledge of languages like SQL, Java, Python, R & DAX.Sound knowledge of Excel, SQL, noSQL, Data Visuals, Maths, Stats, Machine Learning and Data Mining.
