Established in 2006, we’re a corporate health and fitness program partnering with the public sector, corporate employers, and leading fitness facilities across Australia and New Zealand, providing members with access to a wide range of gyms and wellness resources.As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, Fitness Passport is executing an ambitious strategy while keeping our member experience a top priority.The Role:The IT Systems Support Officer provides day-to-day technical support across end-user devices, core systems, cloud services, and workplace technology. The role ensures staff have a stable, secure, and productive technology environment, with responsibilities spanning Windows and macOS device management, Apple Business Manager administration, incident resolution, and general IT operations support.What you will be doing:Provide L1-L2 technical support across Windows and macOS devices, mobile devices, and core business applications.Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and account-related issues, escalating where required.Assist new starters with onboarding including device setup, account provisioning, and access configuration.Support staff across remote, hybrid, and head office environments.Manage device and endpoints to ensure all devices meet security, compliance, and operational standards.Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure AD accounts.Support core SaaS business applications and assist with vendor escalations.Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization’s systems remain competitive and effective.Provide support to active projects planning and implementationsMaintain accurate technical documentation, knowledge base articles, onboarding guides, and process documentation.About You:Genuinely curious and passionate about health, wellness, and fitness.Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).3+ years of previous IT support, service desk, or systems support role.Demonstrated experience providing L1–L2 support across Windows and macOS environments.Proven capability in managing Windows devices via IntuneHands-on experience administering macOS devices, including knowledge of Apple Business Manager, application assignment, and baseline configuration.Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD identity/security, MFA, and user lifecycle management.Experience supporting cloud-based workplace tools and SaaS platforms (e.g., ticketing systems, security tools, productivity suites).Strong understanding of device security, patching, endpoint protection, encryption, and compliance requirements.Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and account/identity issues efficiently.Strong documentation skills including ability to create knowledge base articles, process documentation, and user guides.Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and deliver outcomes within agreed SLAs.Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting capabilities.Experience and awareness of AI tools (i.e. MS Copilot), responsible use, and data protection considerations, especially when supporting end users.What you’ll Love:Fitness Passport is officially a Great Place to Work® — again!We’re proud of our culture, and even prouder of the people who make it what it is.At Fitness Passport, we’re not just about providing access to great gyms and wellness facilities — we’ve also created a fantastic place to work.
