We are a locally owned organisation that supports clients through major system change including strategic planning, system selection, program and project delivery, business process improvement, and risk and continuity planning.We are expanding and seeking several experienced Business Analysts to support clients across multiple industries. These roles suit individuals who bring a strategic mindset, strong process capability, and the ability to guide organisations through meaningful change. Communication, stakeholder engagement and business management skills are essential.These are initially contract opportunities for three months or more, with competitive rates based on experience.What you will bring• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with the ability to translate strategy into clear requirements and actionable pathways • Strong background in business process analysis and improvement, with practical knowledge of leading tools and techniques • Experience in information management initiatives, system uplift or data focused projects is highly desirable • Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle and how strategic and operational requirements shape solution design • Excellent consulting skills with the confidence to facilitate workshops, challenge assumptions and guide stakeholders • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independentlyQualifications• Relevant tertiary qualification
