Role: Data AnalystWork Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon CityWork Arrangement: OnsiteShift: Night ShfitSalary: Up to 80,000.00Job Description:- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights aligned with key operational metrics.-Design, implement, and maintain data collection systems and methodologies to support dashboard development and performance tracking.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, prioritize, and address business and information needs.- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making.- Conduct thorough data validation and cleaning processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of datasets.- Evaluate process performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall outcomes.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role for at least 2 years.- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, DAX or any BI tools).- Knowledge of BPO-specific regulations and standards is a plus.
