Business Analyst with Regulatory Reporting (Banking)

Role OverviewWe are hiring a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in banking, regulatory reporting, finance, and risk. You will work onsite in Amsterdam and play a key role in regulatory data, finance systems, IFRS/GAAP frameworks, and end-to-end data flow across Finance & Risk domains.This role requires strong domain knowledge, hands-on experience with regulatory reporting processes (DNB, EBA), and the ability to work with granular datasets, Basel frameworks, and finance system migrations. Key ResponsibilitiesLead analysis for regulatory reporting, including DNB, EBA, FINREP, COREPWork with granular finance & risk data, loan tapes, sourcing workflows, and data lineageSupport and guide system migrations from a finance perspectiveCollaborate with Finance, Risk, and Data teams to define business requirementsEnsure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, BASEL CHAIN, and privacy frameworks (GDPR)Work in Agile teams and contribute to delivery planning, refinement, and testingEnsure quality outcomes with strong documentation, impact analysis, and root cause assessmentsDrive improvements with a strong “delivery mindset”Required Experience5–7 years in Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Data, or RiskStrong hands-on experience with:DNB / EBA reportingFINREP / COREPIFRS, GAAPBasel Chain, Data Sourcing, Loan Tapes Strong understanding of banking processes and finance data models Experience in system migration projects Knowledge of GDPR and privacy frameworks Strong analytical ability, communication, and stakeholder managementPreferred CertificationsFinance or Risk certificationsCredit Risk certificationsBanking-related certifications
