Provide finance and business support to ensure an efficient and high-quality service!As Business and Finance Operations Assistant for East Midlands Special Operations Unit Corporate Services you will play an important role to provide administrative support for building maintenance, liaising with contractors and consultants, as well as carrying out financial tasks such as monitoring bank accounts and approving bank payments.What You’ll Be DoingSupporting on minor building works and mechanical and electrical projectsProviding monthly management reports to the Business and Finance Operations ManagerProcessing overtime, expenses and mileage claimsThe must havesEducated to A Level standard and to hold GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English Language and Maths or have work experience working to this levelAbility to manage customer expectations and a commitment to the provision of quality services and customer careAbility to research, analyse and interpret numerical, graphical, verbal and written information and create appropriate reportsWhat’s in it for you?By joining us, you will be part of a team of highly skilled, professional, and dedicated colleagues and partners, who are committed to policing with integrity.
