With close to half a million users, it continues to be the fastest-growing digital bank in the region.About the RoleTo perform checker/maker role for:reviewing executed standard and non-standard credit and/or legal documentschecking capacity authority of signatories as per constitutional documents of local entitiesadvising, escalating and proposing solutions for document deficiencies and associated risksensuring compliance of Conditions Precedents (CPs) prior to facility drawdownpreparation and checking of Facility Record Sheets (FRS)Applying Bank’s guidelines in documentation, processes and proceduresaddressing and resolving internal/external Audit requirementsproviding support to key stakeholdersperforming Quality Assurance checksmaintaining relevant MIS and applicable Banking systemsWhat you'll doAnalyze and understand the information provided for each client case and conduct review, identify gaps, contact the client to support acquiring the relevant information/documents to support remediationEnsure all steps of the remediation cycle are followed and completed with quality, accuracy and in a timely manner as per process turnaround time (follow up at various stages if requirements are not met is a vital part of the process).Ensure required number of active contacts are met daily to enable remediation of the case as main required outcomeEnsuring daily assigned targets i.e., successful connects, remediation, document acquiring are met with quality and accuracy in a consistent mannerPlay the role of a partner for each client to support remediation of the case and accompany them in the journey, enabling a positive customer experience Ensure all the mandatory trainings are done within timeSelf-nominate for identified topics which enhance overall knowledge and support to excel as part of Universal WorkforceWhat You'll NeedFamily bookExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal).Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
