If you are eager to participate in international projects, gain unique skills, and learn from top leaders, Neyu is the right place for you.Responsibilities:•      Understand country laws, regulations and taxation which may related to business operation•      Conduct business risk assessments for all aspects and report of risks to COO and HoBC regularly•      Coordinate with Operation teams on business expansion and business continuity plan•      Manage on new company setups and coordinate on bank account opening.•      Maintain filing of business registrations, contracts and bank information and country requirements•      Ensure legal and financial integrity across cross-border operations•      Develop and implement the Compliance Framework and SOPs•      Conduct regular compliance reviews and country visit to ensure business compliance are met·      Report business risks and updates to related personnel, Head of Business Compliance and CEOQUALIFICATIONS·      Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science or Business Administration,·      5+ years’ experience in business compliance or cross-border operations·      Strong understanding of international law, Commerce law·      Experience with financial audit, international taxation and risk management is a plus·      Excellent problem-solving and communication skills·      Fluent in English (both written and verbal)·      Able to travelWHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE·      Work-life harmony working schedule from 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday.·      Competitive remuneration package and full pay during probation period.·      Premium health insurance after probation.·      Pay-for-performance policy with annual bonuses and salary review based on performance.·      Team-building activities and various non-cash benefits (holidays, birthdays, etc.).·      A multinational, dynamic working environment offering professional growth opportunities.
