Create and deploy Data Governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure the integrity, availability, and accuracy of organizational data. Capable of defining and managing metadata standards, taxonomies, and ontologies. Maintain and update the data repository/catalog, documenting data assets, lineage, and relationships. Conduct data quality assessments, identify gaps, define metrics (KPIs), and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives. Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on the importance of Data & AI Governance. Stay updated on trends and best practices in Data & AI Governance and digital transformation. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree in Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or related areas is a strong plusMinimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, focusing on Data &AI. Understanding of Data Governance principles, Data Quality Management, and Data Privacy. Experience with Metadata Management, Data Catalog tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Azure Purview, AWS Glue), and Data Quality tools. Familiarity with Data Warehousing concepts and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Expertise in digital transformation methodologies (Lean, Agile, Design Thinking). Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to deliver results, manage stakeholders, and adapt to change. Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
