The Middle Officer supports the setup, coordination, and monitoring of financing activities. This role works closely with the Front Office to ensure that each transaction is workable, properly prepared, and accurately reflected in internal systems and reports throughout its entire lifecycle. The MO also ensures that all operations follow the organization’s internal rules and external requirements.Main Tasks:Collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders—such as clients, legal teams, back-office teams, risk, finance, and other support functions—to ensure smooth management of the transaction portfolio.Work with the Front Office before agreements are signed, providing support during the documentation and negotiation phases on technical or legal points.Participate in KYC verification processes and updates to client records.Review transaction documents to understand deal specifics and coordinate with relevant teams (finance, legal, tax, etc.) when issues arise or clarification is needed.Extract key information from financing contracts and provide clear instructions for accurate entry into internal systems.Monitor the full lifecycle of each deal, including drawdowns, renewals, repayments, insurance updates, and participation details.Track any changes or events related to the deal, such as amendments, ownership changes, or acquisitions. Main Skills & Requirements:3–4 years in banking or financial operationsBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or AccountingKnowledge of credit products, including structured financingFamiliarity with CLAs and related documentationUnderstanding of operational workflows, transaction processing, and data managementFluency in English is mandatory (B2+). 📍 Hybrid Role in Lisbon 🚀If you feel this opportunity is for you, send your CV and join our team!
