Business Coordinator

Business Coordinator - Finance Department Role Overview:The Coordinator will support the Director of Finance and the broader Finance team across day-to-day operations, stakeholder coordination, investor engagement activities, and logistics. This includes managing schedules, preparing materials, organizing meetings and delegations, and tracking follow-ups to ensure the team is working effectively and delivering on its objectives.Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Team Support•Manage team calendars, meetings, and travel logistics.•Support preparation of meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and minutes.•Track key actions and ensure timely follow-up.•Maintain team folders, trackers, and shared documentation.Department Coordination:•Assist with preparation of briefings and background notes.•Coordinate internally & externally with other DET departments to facilitate smooth delivery.•Support on-site during meetings.•Assist in collating data and insights for reporting and planning purposes.•Archiving and Document controlKey Skills and Capabilities•Highly organized and detail-oriented.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.•Proactive, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks.•Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and handling sensitive information.•Strong team player with a “can-do” attitude and willingness to support where needed.Experience and Qualifications•Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Business Admin•3–5 years of relevant experience in coordination, project support, or admin roles.•Experience in Finance is a plus.•Strong command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).•Professional fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
