About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support the Founder & Managing Director of a diversified group of companies based in Dubai. The role demands a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability, offering the opportunity to work closely with top leadership and gain exposure to dynamic business operations. The selected candidate will manage a wide range of executive, administrative, and operational tasks while ensuring seamless coordination across business and personal engagements. The position involves frequent travel within the UAE and internationally alongside the Managing Director.Location: Dubai, UAEKey ResponsibilitiesManage the Founder’s daily calendar, meetings, and appointments, ensuring optimal time management and preparedness.Handle confidential correspondence, documentation, and reports with the utmost discretion.Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and detailed itineraries.Serve as a liaison between the Founder and internal teams, business partners, and external stakeholders.Oversee follow-ups on both business and personal matters to ensure timely execution of tasks and commitments.Draft, review, and manage communication materials including emails, presentations, and meeting notes.Organize and maintain digital and physical records for easy retrieval and reference.Conduct research and prepare briefing notes for meetings, events, or travel.Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support as required to facilitate business efficiency.RequirementsProven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management — preferably supporting a Founder, CEO, or Business Owner.Exceptional English communication and drafting skills (verbal and written).Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and relevant productivity tools or scheduling apps.Strong sense of confidentiality, discipline, and reliability.Arabic language proficiency will be an advantage.Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently within and outside the UAE.
