We are looking for a Business Developer based in Bucharest, responsible for managing and expanding sales in the South region of Romania.This role sits at the intersection of decarbonization, energy efficiency and the heat pump revolution. We are looking for sales professionals who combine technical curiosity, commercial discipline, and a proactive hunter mindset.Role PurposeDrive business growth in your assigned region by developing new partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, and supporting sales of heat pumps and advanced heating solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.This is a strategic, field-driven business development position not account maintenance. 80% field activity Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand a strong network of partners (installers, distributors, contractors, developers, consultants)Identify and win new projects in residential, commercial & industrial segmentsPromote and sell heat pump & HVAC solutions with consultative approachBuild early influence in the decision-making chain (designers, specifiers, procurement teams)Manage the full commercial cycle: prospecting, proposal,negotiation,closingProvide commercial and basic technical guidance to partnersConduct sales forecasts, pipeline reporting & KPI follow-upMonitor market trends, technologies & competitorsRepresent the company in market events, partner meetings, trade shows & presentationsCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics & technical support teamsCandidate ProfileBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred3+ years experience in B2B technical sales (HVAC, energy, construction or related)Proven new-business development track recordSolid understanding of heating / cooling systems (preferred)Comfortable discussing technical concepts with clientsStrong negotiation, presentation & relationship-building skillsConfident working independently, organizing your field agendaCRM & MS Office proficiencyLanguage Requirements :English - good working level, Hungarian or French – nice to haveStrategic AND hands-onCurious, consultative, technically orientedCompetitive, self-driven, disciplinedGreat listener and credible challengerEnjoys being on the road & meeting peopleOfferCompetitive salary + performance bonusesCompany car, laptop, phoneMeal ticketsPrivate medical insuranceTraining & onboarding from both local and international teamsOpportunity to grow within a global group at the forefront of energy transformation
