Business Developer (Mandarin Speaker)

Adecco Indonesia is currently looking for a driven Business Developer with an industrial background to join a global trading group recognized for its long-standing expertise in steel, energy, metals, chemicals, and industrial materials. What we are looking forProficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.Background in steel or related industrial sectors is highly preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.A proactive mindset with the ability to explore new markets and create opportunities.What you will doAnalyze steel-market trends and industry developments to identify and act on growth opportunities.Manage local and import sales operations, ensuring competitive pricing and timely fulfillment.Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers and suppliers to secure long-term business.Oversee product quality control and coordinate closely with the admin team to maintain compliance and documentation.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, resolve payment issues, and streamline processes.Expand the customer base through targeted business development initiatives and drive sustained sales growth.
