Job Description

We are collaborating with one of major Japanese education companies with an 80-year history in Japan, currently launch a new business in Indonesian, providing Japanese language learning materials as well as education and employment consulting services to young people aiming to work in Japan and to the educational institutions they attend. The demand for learning Japanese is growing worldwide. In the future, we aim to expand our services not only in Indonesia but also to other countries.Requirements/Criterias:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.Approximately 2-5 years of professional experience (preferably in the Learning Managemet System segment/Educational industry, with at least 1-2 years in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or a Client-facing role.Strong communication and writing skills, especially over email and client-facing.Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.Curious and resourceful- passionate about digging into a business to understand its needs.A proactive and adaptable individual with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for achieving results.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a remote/cross-cultural team (especially with Japan).Job DescriptionIdentify and prospect new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster customer loyalty and business network expansion.Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to meet those needs.Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and contracts.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies with company objectives.Actively participate in building and managing a network of skilled young workers from Indonesia for jobs in Japanese companies, local market research, and if possible translation (ID-JP/EN).Gather information and communicate with potential candidates to understand their skills and suitability.Act as a key liaison and coordinator between Japanese company employees/internal teams and Indonesian institutes, ensuring smooth communication.Gather insights from the Indonesian market and Japanese Language learning community to contribute to service development and potential expansion in the future.
