Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate based in the Kochi Metropolitan Area. The Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, conduct market research to identify new opportunities, and connect with potential clients. This role also involves delivering compelling presentations, fostering business relationships, and collaborating with teams to meet growth targets. The individual will play a key role in expanding Avodha’s reach and helping people access job-oriented education. Qualifications Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research for identifying opportunities and developing strategies.Proficiency in Presentation Skills and delivering impactful Presentations to engage stakeholders effectively.Excellent Communication abilities to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.Experience in the education or ed-tech industry is an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing tasks independently.
