We put people first, celebrate diversity, drive innovation, and do good in the communities where we live and work.About The RoleWorkday is looking for a Senior /Principal Engagement Manager, with Strong HCM or Financials expertise to join our growing Deployment Success Management team, part of the larger Workday Success Plan (WSP) organisation.In this role, you are considered an expert with the Workday Deployment Methodology, leading/managing mid to large deployments and resolving complex issues in creative and effective ways.Responsibilities:Leading projects to deliver Workday Success Plans programs and services.Clearly and successfully communicating project objectives and delivery strategies.Becoming a specialist in Workday Success Plans offering and educating customers throughout the project.Balancing the needs of a large number of concurrent projects.Providing guidance and mentoring to consultants working on your projects.Ensuring projects are accurately planned and staffed.Working with the client project manager to identify and resolve issues that could impact project scope or timeframe.Leading customer meetings and Workday internal operational meetings.Ensuring customers can serve as a reference upon completion of their project.Completing project administration tasks such as updating project forecasts, assisting with team scheduling, and other internal project initiation and closure tasks.About YouSenior Level Basic Qualifications Effective bi-lingual in Japanese and English communication skills 5+ years of experience of project management with HCM, Payroll, Financialwithin medium enterprise, large enterprise, and/or state and local governments. 5+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft orsimilar applications.Principal LevelBasic Qualifications Effective bi-lingual in Japanese and English communication skills 8+ years of experience of project management with HCM, Payroll, Financialwithin medium enterprise, large enterprise, and/or state and local governments. 8+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft orsimilar applications.Other QualificationsPassion for customer serviceExcellent organization, time management, verbal and written communication skillsSolid understanding of at least one of the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Services ProcurementCapable of influencing, interacting and collaborating with senior executives, internally and externallyAbility to work on multiple engagements simultaneouslyOur Approach to Flexible WorkWith Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
