We focus on building technology that enhances insights, strengthens partnerships, and supports modern financial innovation.About the RoleWe’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate (Junior Level) to support our business development efforts, partnership conversations, and the development of Clove Data’s public image.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, follow-ups, research, and helping move business opportunities forward. You will work closely with the team to support outreach, meetings, documentation, and brand presence.What You’ll DoSupport business development outreach and follow-ups with potential partnersPrepare short summaries on companies, banks, and opportunitiesJoin virtual and in-person meetings; take notes and track next stepsMaintain and organize the business development pipelineAssist with communication Coordinate simple contract- and legal-related tasksConduct research on fintech, AI, and market opportunitiesContribute to the development of Clove Data’s external image through professional communication, organized materials, and consistent messagingPrepare brief weekly BD updatesWhat We’re Looking ForStrong communication skills in Arabic & EnglishOrganized, reliable, and able to follow up consistentlyComfortable managing multiple conversations and tasksInterested in fintech, AI, and early-stage business environmentsQuick learner with the ability to adaptBased in Riyadh (hybrid work with flexible hours)Contract TypeThis role will begin as a 2-month flexible hourly contract, with the potential to transition into a longer-term or full-time contract based on performance.
