What you will do• Serve as the primary contact for users and merchants across the US and UK, managing daily communication through email, video calls, and other channels.• Onboard merchants and brands, ensuring site quality, smooth integrations, and strong customer support.• Support efficient operational processes that deliver seamless experiences for both shoppers and merchants.• Create value for partners while helping shoppers discover the best deals through Klarna’s platform.• Collaborate within a close-knit, supportive team where your ideas matter.• Challenge the status quo and contribute new ideas for smarter, more efficient work processes.• Explore how tools like OpenAI can enhance operational efficiency and improve workflows.• Work from the office at least three days per week to foster collaboration and connection.Who you are• Strong understanding of eCommerce and passion for great customer experiences.• Motivated to learn, proactive in solving inquiries, and eager to go above and beyond.• Thrive in a fast-paced, international environment with energy and ambition.• Naturally proactive and innovation-driven.What you bring• At least 2 years of experience in administration, support, or operations.• Strong communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken.Please include a CV in English.Curious to learn more about Klarna and what it’s like to work here?
