Job Title: ServiceNow Technical SpecialistLocation: Denmark Employment Type: Full Time | PermanentBusiness Unit: Enterprise Solutions PracticeReporting to: Vice President & Global Head of Enterprise SolutionsExperience: 8–12 years of IT experience in ServiceNow implementation and customization.Role Summary:The ServiceNow Technical Specialist will play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM domains for Nordic clients. The role combines technical leadership, solution design, and delivery governance to support large transformation initiatives across industries. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ITIL processes, hands-on ServiceNow development experience, and proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams in global delivery environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio ManagementLead multiple ServiceNow transformation projects across diverse industries (Telecom, Manufacturing, BFSI, Energy).Oversee implementation roadmaps, milestones, and delivery KPIs.Manage client expectations, ensuring business outcomes are met within time, cost, and quality parameters.Solutions and Relationship ManagementCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and digitization opportunities.Define solution architecture, integrations, and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.Engage in pre-sales solutioning, RFP responses, and service transformation proposals.Build and maintain long-term relationships with Nordic client stakeholders.Delivery GovernanceProvide governance on ServiceNow best practices, design standards, and release management.Mentor developers and ensure adherence to coding, testing, and documentation standards.Conduct design reviews, security assessments, and platform health checks.Support transition to managed services ensuring stability and scalability of deployed solutions.Required Experience8–12 years of IT experience in ServiceNow implementation and customization.Strong technical expertise in modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, or HRSD.Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Integration Hub.Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.Proven ability to design integrations with external systems (APIs, Web Services, MID Server).Exposure to Agile and DevOps practices for ServiceNow delivery.Prior experience working with Nordic or European clients preferred.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory).One or more advanced certifications (ITSM Implementation Specialist, Discovery, IntegrationHub, ITOM) preferred.ITIL v4 Foundation certification desirable.Ideal Candidate Profile – Few NotesStrong ServiceNow technologist with the ability to translate business vision into technical roadmaps.Excellent communicator with demonstrated experience in Nordic client engagement.Passionate about automation, service excellence, and platform governance.Collaborative mindset with a balance of technical depth and customer focus.Fluent in English & Danish; knowledge of local Nordic languages is an advantage.Does that sound interesting?You are welcome to submit your application consisting of your CV, personal letter, relevant degrees or certifications details, professional references, etc. We work with ongoing recruitment so send in your application as soon as possible.We look forward to receiving your application via LinkedIn or mail to nour.albakaa@tcs.comABOUT US:Tata Consultancy Services is a digital transformation and technology partner of choice for industry-leading organizations worldwide.
