Our dedication to education, advocacy, research, and innovation has earned us recognition as a BMO Top-10 Women-Led Organization, a Readers’ Choice Diamond Winner, and preferred-vendor status with major school boards in Canada and the U.S.If you’re driven, detail-oriented, and eager to make a measurable difference while growing with a mission-focused team, we’d love to meet you.What You’ll Do:Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients (both B2B and B2C).Conduct lead outreach via phone, email, and follow-ups to convert interest into booked assessments.Manage and document your sales activity in real time through our CRM and time-entry tools.Support marketing and business development initiatives (social media engagement, testimonials, reviews).Collaborate with leadership to refine sales scripts and messaging.Who You Are:You have 6 months –3+ years of experience in a full sales-cycle role (B2B or B2C).You communicate clearly, follow systems accurately, and thrive in a structured environment.You’re comfortable with daily accountability — short check-ins, consistent documentation, and follow-through.You’re self-motivated and proactive in maintaining 2–3 brief touchpoints per day.Experience in education sales or service-based industries is an asset.You’re coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow personally and professionally.The Details:Contract Length: 10–12 monthsHours: Part-time (7–10 hours/week | minimum 6 days a week)Schedule: Flexible hours, Monday–Saturday, with 2–3 short daily check-ins (24 hour response time must be maintained for tasks relating to existing or prospective clients)Work: 100% remoteCompensation: Fixed-fee projects + hourly tasks (as outlined during onboarding)Hourly rate: $18-23 per billable hour, prorated up to the nearest minute worked as per policyStart Date: ImmediateWhy Join Us:Work directly with the Program Director and senior leadership.Receive structured training, detailed onboarding, and ongoing mentorship.Gain experience in educational business development and client relationship management.Be part of a company that values measurable results, professional growth, and integrity.How to Apply:Email your résumé, cover letter, and university transcripts to hr@mathproject.ca
