In this role, you’ll shape how we test and optimize creative primarily in acquisition ad channels (display, remarketing, etc.). You’ll focus on removing friction in how we produce, scale and learn from creative by leveraging data, tools, and automation to drive more effective and efficient campaigns. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our ads are audience-informed, built for conversion, and future-ready.The ideal candidate will have proven experience planning and managing campaigns across the funnel, measuring and optimizing creative performance to drive business growth.Responsibilties: Lead test and learn creative strategies for conversion, retargeting, and action-driving ad contentSupport creative development by ensuring ads are insights-driven, conversion-oriented, and channel-optimized Collaborate with creative, performance, product and brand marketing teams to ensure cohesiveness and full-funnel engagement Identify and evaluate emerging tech tools to enhance creative development and deliveryBuild and manage an evolving ad tech roadmap that supports scale and efficiency across the funnel Partner with performance media and data teams to measure content impact, optimizations, and deliver learnings to the wider org Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a creative / performance marketing or agency role 2+ years of experience analyzing and evaluating campaign performanceProven experience in some or all of the following: full funnel marketing, performance marketing, marketing planning, creative development, campaign measurementPreferred Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Display MarketingDV360 and CM360 certifiedExperience developing and executing initiatives in-platform directly (Meta, Reddit, etc) Experience using SQLExperience self-directing and being able to manage end-to-end campaign workstreams, including strategy, delivery and reporting Confidence to ask hard questions and push into uncharted territories – and not defaulting to the status quo before exploring new paths and quantifying risk / rewardStrong ability to drive right and left brain smarts – you value creativity but you can also think strategically to action insightsExperience “living the values” of customer-centric marketing ie. putting consumer insights at the heart of campaign development and brand strategy work Excellent verbal and written communication skillsWorking at Capital OneEnjoy a hybrid work environment, with 3 days in the office.
