A successful candidate who has proven to the company that he could add value will be given opportunities beyond a normal Philippine company would give.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Sales and Marketing:Generate leads or contacts for each specific industry Payreto is servicingCreate e-mail spiels/approaches/direct marketing content to tap on cold leadsSend an intro e-mail and set appointments with leads and partnersNurture a lead from initial contact until they are ready to sign an agreement with PayretoUnderstand the Onboarding as a Service solution of Payreto and be able to answer inquiries from C-level executives of the leads or clientsEngage in process discussions with leads for service offerings of PayretoOwn the sales process and make sure that all inquiries of the leads are properly handledPrepare NDA, broker agreements, and contractsOverall sales support of the Business Development team (includes a variety of tasks updating company databases, leads pipeline, etc.)Gain an understanding on payment as well as financial services topicsManage handover of signed clients from sales to operationsAssist in developing presentations, marketing content, brochures, and other marketing materialsClient / Customer EngagementEngages the client or the clients’ representative (e.g. account manager, operation specialist, process managers etc.) to provide feedback, support, and or implementation of services outsourced to PayretoOffers expert advice to the client, clients’ representative, or the clients’ customers to resolve, remediate, or implement services outsourced to PayretoParticipate in the clients’ internal account management calls and meetings to provide overview of the status of processes outsourced to PayretoProactively engage the client and/or the client customers to provide the best customer experience possibleProductWrite Process flows, descriptions relating Payreto’s servicesJoin product discussion and presentations in several topics: gateways, onboarding, compliance, finance, risk, etcProvide insights / analysis on products, solutions, services being evaluatedDevelop keen sense of understanding about the impact of new products / solutions for Payreto's businessDisplay process automation understandingBusiness Development and NetworkingAttend industry functions, events, conferences (either local or international) and provide feedback and information on market and trendsPresent to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channelsUsing knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiatorsAd-hocAssist in other ad-hoc topics and projects in business developmentWHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Legal Management, or Communication1–3 yrs experience in solution selling, product management (Can provide opportunity to fresh graduates as long as he/she has exhibited qualities Payreto is looking for)Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience in G Suite (Google) is a plusProven networking skills, excelling at meeting people and exploring potential synergiesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding cognitive, comprehension, and strong analytical skillsProven business acumen and has tenacity to always continue without seeing immediate success (displaying entrepreneurial qualities)SHIFT SCHEDULEMID-SHIFT (2PM - 11PM)FLEXISubject to change depending on business needs
