Medacta International SA is currently seeking a candidate to fill the role of Business Development Director for the APAC region, with the purpose of driving Medacta's strategic business growth across the APAC region. Lead partner ecosystems, drive market expansion, and spearhead growth strategies.The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:define and implement APAC growth strategy;develop and drive impactful partnerships, from onboarding to GTM execution;build and manage commercial pipelines and forecasts.Hard SkillsThe resource should also have the following skills:8-15 years of experience in orthopaedics devices business in business development, strategic partnerships, in the Asia Pacific region;bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or related discipline;proven track record in pipeline generation, forecasting, and deal closures;fluent in English; additional APAC-relevant languages are a strong advantage.Soft Skillsexceptional negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural engagement skills.LocationAsia Pacific preferable.Medacta International is an equal opportunities employer.
