Job description:We are looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development Executive to grow our footprint in the specialty coffee, hospitality, and office sectors. This role combines proactive sales, account management, and market development. You will build meaningful client relationships, close deals, and identify new opportunities to expand our reach.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Client GrowthGenerate new business by prospecting leads, managing inbound inquiries, and developing accounts across multiple channels.Conduct product presentations, coffee machine demos, and site assessments to support client decision-making.Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Account ManagementMaintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, reviews, and after-sales service.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts (e.g., accessories, consumables, additional equipment).Serve as a trusted partner to clients, providing recommendations and solutions that align with their business needs.Market DevelopmentResearch and identify new market segments (hospitality groups, corporate offices, specialty retail, resellers).Contribute to building reseller and channel partnerships.Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and market shifts to inform strategy.Represent the company at trade shows, events, and product launches to increase brand visibility and generate leads.Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with the technical and after-sales teams to ensure smooth installation, training, and ongoing support.Record client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.Provide management with feedback on client needs, product gaps, and potential growth areas.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in coffee, food & beverage, hospitality, or equipment sales.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn about coffee equipment and technology.Proficiency in CRM systems and productivity tools.Willingness to travel and work on-site when needed.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of coffee machines and brewing equipment.Existing network in cafés, hospitality, or foodservice industries.Experience building or supporting reseller/partner programs.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and spot opportunities.
