And also, responsible for important and fast-growing promotional field that excels at enhancing brand awareness, generating leads and converting passive audiences to active customers.Job Responsibilities * Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for the company (REALTOR).* Assist in developing a business plan and sales strategy for sourcing, scouting and acquisition of properties that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.* Responsible for bringing in external properties/business for the company.* Prepares action plans for self for effective search of sales leads and prospects.* Provides timely feedbacks regarding performance.* Maintains accurate records of all sales and activity.* Creates and conducts proposal presentations and ‘request for proposals’ (RFP) responses.* Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.* Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.* Design, build and maintain our social media presence.* Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).* Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.* Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.* Optimize the business website to increase online traffic.* Follow best practices for social media marketing on different platforms.* Conduct regular audits for social media and website marketing performance.Qualifications and Skills * BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or any related field.* Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a realtor, real estate broker or similar role.* Work experience as a Business Development Executive/Digital Marketer in realtor or sales person in a structured realtor firm.* Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.* Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations.* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.* Digital Marketing* Self-motivated and goal-oriented.* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.* Professionalism and good work ethicsInterested Candidates should send their CV to hr@banksomegroup.com using the job title as the subject of the mail.
