Job Description

The Business Development Executive will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, developing and closing sales opportunity. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, with a strong focus on customer needs and market trends. A good entry role to progress to a season high performing sales person.Key Responsibilities:Research and identify potential clients within the potential prospecting industries.Qualify leads through initial contact, assessing their needs and potential fit with the company's products/services.Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads into active sales opportunities and close the opportunities.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and identify new business opportunities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Drafting of quotations and proposals/RFPsPrepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and sales forecasts.Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.Meeting sales KPI and sales target on a monthly basisRequirements:Diploma/Degree holders (Fresh graduates) are welcomeCandidates who is from engineering or robotics automation will be a plusSomeone who is highly motivated and driven to be in salesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Highly organized, with strong time management skills and attention to detail.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
