Legal & ComplianceTo allow teams to search and interrogate policy, case history, precedents, and organizational documents — securely.3. Universities & Research InstitutionsTo host thesis repositories, research outputs, teaching materials, policy archives, and institutional knowledge.The RoleWe’re looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads and close deals in these industries.This is a remote, performance-based role with no earnings cap.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and identify high-value prospectsConduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, networking and industry eventsDeliver product demos (training provided)Prepare proposals and negotiate contractsMaintain an active sales pipelineBuild trusted relationships leading to renewals and referralsExpected ResultsWithin 90 days, the successful candidate will have:Built a defined lead list in at least one of the three industriesHosted 10+ discovery or demo callsClosed at least one sale valued between £5,000–£20,000Required SkillsProven B2B sales experience (technology, SaaS, data, or enterprise tools preferred)Ability to sell to senior decision-makersClear communication and strong consultative selling styleHighly self-motivated, organized, and persistentCompensation15–30% commission per closed dealThe average commission per sale ranges from £750 to £6,000+Opportunities for recurring revenue from renewals and extended licencesTop performers may progress to:Regional LeadHead of SalesBase salary + equity trackWhy This Role MattersOrganizations are drowning in documents — and losing knowledge every time staff leave.You’ll be selling a solution that makes knowledge searchable, usable, and valuable.How To ApplyPlease send a CV and cover letter or apply with your LinkedIn profile.
